what is kimchi?
Kimchi is a traditional Korean side dish,
made from fermented vegetables, most commonly napa cabbage and Korean radishes, seasoned with a variety of spices and flavorings such as garlic, ginger, chili pepper flakes, and many more.
Kimchi is mainly known and recognized for its gut health benefits, largely due to its fermentation process and the rich prebiotic & probiotic properties.
We Koreans even consider it a superfood!
